CROSSFIT
60 minute group class that consists of high intensity interval training. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc

PERSONAL TRAINING
Prefer one to one training? CrossFit SBR offers Personal Training sessions with our awesome coaches to address strength and conditioning goals and deliver a more individualized approach!

Nutrition Services
Having a Nutrition Coach removes all the guesswork. Whether that means modifying your program or offering new solutions or strategies, you will be able to reach out to your coach at any time. Plus your coach will regularly review your progress, offer insights, and check-in with you to provide support and guidance.
